Results?!

Hager’s combination of size, amateur wrestling background, in-ring skills, MMA experience and “charismatic personality” SHOULD make him a main eventer. Duh! 😯

His signing to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) in 2020 was intended to create a lot of buzz (it didn’t) and fans were supposed to be looking forward to his matches in the company. 😴

Nope!

Not until an unlikely tag team partner appeared…

The bucket hat, also known as a fisherman’s hat or a crusher hat, is a timeless piece of headwear that has been around for over a century. Its origins can be traced back to the turn of the 20th century, when it was first worn by Irish farmers and fishermen as a practical solution to protect themselves from the elements.

The first bucket hats were made from heavy-duty materials such as tweed or canvas, and featured wide brims that could be pulled down to shield the face and neck from sun and rain. They were also designed with a chin strap, which helped to keep the hat securely in place during windy conditions.

The hat’s popularity grew during the 1920s, when it was worn by soldiers during World War I. The bucket hat’s practicality and durability made it the perfect headwear for soldiers who were in the trenches, protecting them from the elements while also providing camouflage.

During the 1960s and 1970s, the bucket hat saw a resurgence in popularity, particularly among the youth culture of the time. It became a symbol of counterculture, as it was worn by hippies, beatniks, and other groups who were rebelling against traditional societal norms.
